Advisory Board
Advisory Board contributes to the formulation of themes for future Forums and consults the Steering Group in preparing the program and list of invited participants. The Advisory Board consists of distinguished Finnish business leaders and decision makers and is lead by the President of the Supreme Administrative Court of Finland, Dr. Pekka Hallberg.

Steering Group 
Steering Group oversees the practical preparation of the Forum. Steering Group of the Koli Forum 2009 consists of distinguished leaders of Finnish forestry and related organizations as well as stakeholders from the hosting province of North-Karelia. The Steering Group is lead byRegion Mayor
of North Karelia, Dr. Pentti Hyttinen.

The Koli Forum has been financially supported by the Foundation for Economic Education of Finland and the Regional Council of North Karelia.

European Forest Institute EFI, the Forest Foresight Unit of the University of Eastern Finland UEF, the Finnish Forest Research Institute METLA and the Finnish are responsible for the content production of the event.
